Julia Hauer is the operator of the website www.juliahauer.com and the services offered on it and is therefore responsible for the collection, processing and use of your personal data and the compatibility of data processing with the applicable data protection law. In this data protection declaration you will find out what personal data we collect from you and for what purposes we use it. Your trust is important to us, which is why we take the issue of data protection seriously and ensure appropriate security. Of course, we observe the legal provisions of the Federal Data Protection Act (DSG), the Ordinance on the Federal Data Protection Act (VDSG), the Telecommunications Act (TCA) and other applicable Swiss or European data protection provisions, in particular the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

1. Data Protection Officer

You have the right to receive information free of charge at any time about the data stored about you, its origin and recipient and the purpose of storage. In addition, you have the right to correction, blocking and deletion of this personal data in accordance with the statutory provisions. Based on Article 13 of the Swiss Federal Constitution and the data protection regulations of the federal government (Data Protection Act, DSG), every person has the right to protection of their privacy and protection against misuse of their personal data. 2. Calling up the website

When you visit our website, our servers temporarily store each access in a log file. As with every connection to a web server, the following technical data is recorded without your intervention and stored by us until it is automatically deleted after one year and months at the latest:

This data is collected and processed for the purpose of enabling the use of our website (establishing a connection), ensuring system security and stability over the long term and enabling the optimization of our website, as well as for internal statistical purposes. We have a legitimate interest in data processing within the meaning of Article 6 (1) (f) GDPR. ​​

3. Disclosure of data to third parties

We only pass on your personal data if you have given your express consent, if there is a legal obligation to do so or if this is necessary to enforce our rights, in particular to enforce claims arising from the contractual relationship.
In addition, we pass on your data to third parties insofar as this is necessary in the context of using the website and contract processing (also outside the website), namely the processing of your bookings. This includes the respective transport service provider, logistician and manufacturer entrusted with the dispatch of ordered goods.

A service provider to whom the personal data collected via the website is passed on or who has or may have access to it is our web host SiteGround Hosting EOOD, (6 Olimpiyska Str.
1166, Sofia, Bulgaria). The website is hosted on servers in Bulgaria. The data is passed on for the purpose of providing and maintaining the functionality of our website. This is our legitimate interest within the meaning of Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. f EU-DSGVO.

4.Cookies

Cookies help in many ways to make your visit to our website easier, more pleasant and more meaningful. Cookies are information files that your web browser automatically saves on your computer's hard drive when you visit our website.

5.1 Google AdWords and Remarketing
We use the remarketing function of Google Inc. (1600 Amphitheater Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA; "Google"). 5.2 Google AdWords and Conversion Tracking
We use Google AdWords and in this context the conversion tracking of Google Inc. (1600 Amphitheater Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA; "Google"). If you click on a Google advertisement, a cookie (see Chapter 8) will be placed on your computer. With the help of the cookie, conversion statistics can be created, i.e. information is collected about how many users clicked on an ad and triggered a conversion. A conversion can be a registration for the newsletter, the purchase of a certain product or the filling out of a contact form. With conversion tracking, the total number of users is always considered and never the user as an individual. No data is collected with which a user can be personally identified.

6. Tracking Tools

For the purpose of continuously optimizing our website and social media activity, we use tracking tools such as Google Analytics, Hotjar and Hootsuite.

6.1 Google Analytics
We use the web analytics service provided by Google Analytics (1600 Amphitheater Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA; "Google") for the purpose of tailoring our website to meet your needs and continuously optimizing it. In this context, pseudonymised user profiles are created and small text files stored on your computer ("cookies") are used. 6.2 Google Tag Manager
This website uses Google Tag Manager. In this way, website tags can be managed via one interface. 6.3 Hotjar

7. Transfer of data abroad

8. Notice Regarding Data Transfers to the United States

We also take internal data protection very seriously. Our employees and the service companies commissioned by us have been sworn to secrecy and to compliance with data protection regulations.

10. Retention of Data

We only store personal data for as long as is necessary to use the tracking and analysis services mentioned above and further processing within the scope of our legitimate interest. We keep contract data longer because this is required by statutory retention requirements. Storage obligations, which oblige us to store data, result from accounting and tax regulations. 11. Provision of Paid Services

In order to provide services that are subject to a charge, we will ask for additional data, such as payment details, in order to be able to process and execute your order or booking. We store this data in our systems until the statutory retention periods (10 years) have expired.

The data you provide when ordering or booking will be stored on the website server, sent to you and us in encrypted form by e-mail and kept as a printout for tax purposes. The accounting department we use has full access to the printed data for the purpose of recording all transactions. Furthermore, the data can be viewed by the competent authorities and courts for tax and legal purposes.

We use PayPal as one of our payment processors. During the ordering process, the customer provides login information and credit card information. This information is processed directly as part of this PayPal gateway payment and is never stored on our site. PayPal's privacy policy applies.

We also use Stripe as one of our payment processors. During the ordering process, the customer provides their credit card details. This information is processed directly at Stripe and never stored on our sites. The data provided or collected when ordering (such as name, email address, payment information, any address, IP address, browser, operating system and device type) are transmitted to Stripe. Stripe's privacy policy applies.

12. Privacy Policy for the Use of Google Analytics
